Musician and actress Liesa Van der Aa took part in ‘Pia Madre’, produced by Theater Stap and DE KOLONIE MT. ‘Van den bos’, a production of FC  Bergman, for which she wrote the music, was selected for Het Theaterfestival 2014. In 2012 she released her first album ‘Troops’. In 2014 she played the part of Jana in the TV serial ‘Cordon’.

For her Sinful Sunday Liesa Van der Aa invited American trumpet player Jon Birdsong as her musical guest. In 2013 Jon moved from New York to Antwerp and worked with, among others, An Pierlè, Arsenal, dEUS, Stijn and Think of One. He played in WOTH, Liesa’s first musical theatre performance, that had its first night in December 2014.

Guido Belcanto played the music in Airshow (2009), an open air production of Theater Stap. In 2011 he released the successful album ‘Een man als ik’. His latest performance ‘ Balzaal der Gebroken Harten III’ where the folksinger again clashes with the Decap organ, had its first night in 2014.

For his Sinful Sunday Guido is accompanied on the piano by Martinus Wolf, who cooperated with him in the three parts of ‘Balzaal der Gebroken Harten’. In 2012, during the previous edition of Sinful Sundays, Martinus was already Vitalski’s musical guest. Sons Floris and Dimitri also took care of a musical surprise.

Since 2014 Stefan Perceval is director of theatre company Het Gevolg in Turnhout. Previously he directed ‘Petrus en den doodendraad’ (2014) and the location performances ‘Harteklop’ (2012) and ‘Maria Vaart’ (2010). He regularly works with vulnerable people, including young disabled people. In 2013 Stefan played the part of the lame Hans in the TV serial ‘Crème de la Crème’.

For his musical guest he invited Martine De Kok. Martine writes idiosyncratic Dutch songs and plays the piano and the accordion. Her first album ‘Plaatselijk Verkeer’ was released in 2013. Martine also cooperates regularly with puppet theatre company FroeFroe.

For Stefan’s Sinful Sunday she’s accompanied by Marin Zivkovic on soprano sax.

Theatre maker and actor Stef Aerts, together with Joe Agemans, Bart Hollanders, Matteo Simoni, Thomas Verstraeten and Marie Vinck, constitutes company FC Bergman. Their performance ‘Van den vos’ played at Het Theaterfestival this summer. Stef also played the lead role in the film ‘Adem’ (2010) by Hans Van Nuffel.

Stef invited Floris Schillebeeckx to play live music. Floris writes and performs Dutch songs with a mixture of biting irony and poetry. He accompanies himself on acoustic guitar.

For the last 20 years dEUS guitarist Mauro Pawlowski has developed into a versitale figure in the Belgian music scene. From noise to jazz and Dutch rock, there are few styles he hasn’t tried. Mauro was musician in performances of, among others, Wim Vandekeybus, Theater Zuidpool and Theater FroeFroe. He cooperated in Stap’s Roberto Zucco (2004). For his Sinful Sunday Mauro will be accompanied by a mystery guest.

Reinhilde Decleir acted at Het Toneelhuis and Theater Antigone, among others. She is at present artistic director of Tutti Fratelli, a theatre company which offers underprivileged people a chance to play theatre. On television she played in ‘Loslopend Wild’, was Nora in ‘De ronde’ and ‘moemoe’ in ‘Van Vlees en Bloed’.

Musical guest is guitarist Jan Moonen. In addition to a number of instrumental tracks, he and Reinhilde will perform a song. Jan cooperated with various performances of Tutti Fratelli.

Hostesses of the Sinful Sundays are Anke Maes, Natalie Sterckx and Dierdre Timp.

Anke Maes is reporter for Klara and Radio 1. This summer she presents Django on Klara.

Natalie Sterckx was for years a voice of Klara, and can now be heard every morning as presenter at Radio 2 in Antwerp.

Dierdre Timp works as presenter, interviewer, narrator and reporter in various contexts and teaches people to speak in public. Deirdre was already hostess of the Sinful Sundays in 2012.
